1 Kohler Company appeals from an order affirming a determination by the Labor and Industry Review Commission (LIRC) that Thomas Gutoski is permanently totally disabled as a result of a June 1998 work injury. Kohler argues that it met its burden of proving under the odd-lot doctrine that jobs exist that Gutoski could perform on a regular basis. We affirm the LIRCs determination that Kohler only demonstrated the range of jobs Gutoski could perform and not the availability of any such jobs in Gutoskis job market. We affirm the circuit courts order.
