Appeal and Error ? Effect of absence of bill of exceptions on appeal. Where the transcript filed on appeal set forth certified copy of judgment roll and notice of appeal but contained none of the evidence nor any of the instructions and no bill of exceptions, the Supreme Court was precluded from inquiring whether the evidence if presented would sustain trial courts determination and judgment and was unable to decide whether trial court committed reversible error in judgment rendered.
